Navee's Long Range Commuter Guide

Micromobility outlets, including ours, have often shone the brightest light on the electric bike side of the industry. This isn’t to say that we don’t love all things e-scooter. We do. But with evolving legal landscapes and, in some cases, outright bans, we felt it was safer to cover e-bikes. However, once in a while, a brand like Navee comes along and changes that outlook with the sheer quality of its vehicles.

Where Does That Leave You?

To help you find the perfect match for your daily route, we’ve broken down four of Navee’s premier long-range models. They are arranged from the most budget-friendly entry point to the fully loaded flagship. Here is how they stack up when you trace the price bumps from bottom to top.

The Entry-Level Workhorse

As the gateway to Navee’s long-range lineup, the $799 Navee G5 Max delivers an impressive baseline of high-end commuting specs at a remarkably accessible price. Powered by a 500W nominal rear-hub motor that can peak at 1kW. The G5 Max punches well above its weight class on urban inclines up to 24%. Its 477.4 Wh battery provides up to 43.5 miles of range on a single charge, making it ideal for multi-day city commuting without constant range anxiety. Power is sent through a clean, single-speed rear-wheel drivetrain.

Despite its entry-tier positioning in this lineup, Navee did not skimp on ride comfort or modern electronics. The G5 Max features a double suspension layout pairing a front fork with a rear swingarm, effectively soaking up standard road chatter and asphalt imperfections. Rolling on 10-inch tubeless tires, it uses a dependable front drum brake paired with a rear Electronic Anti-lock Braking System (EABS) that recharges the battery during deceleration. Bonus bells and whistles include built-in turn signals integrated into the handlebars, Traction Control System (TCS) integration, IPX5 water resistance, and native Apple Find My support.

Upgraded Power & Dampening

Step up to the $949 Navee ST3 Pro, and the main upgrade centers on performance, battery capacity, and suspension sophistication. For the extra investment, you get a larger 596.7 Wh battery pack paired with a beefier 600W nominal/1.35kW peak power motor. This translates directly to a noticeable bump in top speed, stronger 28% hill-climbing capability, and roughly 3 to 4 extra miles of range per charge cycle.

The ST3 Pro also upgrades the physical connection to the road. It introduces Navee’s proprietary Dual Damping suspension, which offers significantly plushier shock absorption than basic spring setups. Safety and stopping power also get a major boost: the braking system adds a dedicated mechanical rear disc brake alongside the front drum and rear EABS, offering crisp, ASTM-tested three-point stopping capability. Additionally, the 10-inch self-sealing tubeless tires can instantly patch small punctures on the fly.

Comfort & Quick-Charge

The $729 Navee GT3 Max shifts the focus away from top-end speed and reallocates its value toward lightweight ergonomics, refined chassis suspension, and maximum battery efficiency. While its top speed is dialed back to a street-legal 20 MPH, it retains the large-capacity 596.7 Wh battery found in higher-tier models, yielding an exceptional 46.6 miles of range in an agile 49-pound frame.

Other upgrades include a specialized front fork paired with a rear damping cylinder system designed specifically to neutralize low-frequency street vibrations. It also offers high-end commuter features like handlebar turn signals, 2W LED headlights, TCS anti-slip management, and Apple Find My integration. If you want maximum battery capacity and a lightweight, ultra-comfortable ride without needing to go faster than 20 MPH, the GT3 Max is the sweet spot for practical daily use.

The Long Range Flagship

At the top of the hierarchy sits the $699 Navee GT5 Max. We reckon this is the absolute flagship of Navee’s commuter fleet. Paying the top-tier price unlocks the most powerful motor, the highest range ceiling, and the fastest charging ecosystem in the entire lineup. Powered by a massive 700W nominal motor that peaks at an astonishing 1,638W, the GT5 Max delivers relentless torque, easily conquering 28% grade hills while maintaining a breezy 25 MPH cruising speed.

Despite using a similar 596.7 Wh energy capacity as the GT3 and ST3 Pro, optimized power delivery lets this scooter reach 55.9 miles per charge. While lower models require 8 to 10 hours for a full top-off, the GT5 Max supports fast charging that replenishes the battery in just 5 to 6 hours. With an increased weight capacity of 286 lbs, a wide 195mm deck platform, triple braking (front drum + rear disc + EABS), TCS anti-slip control, and full app connectivity, the GT5 Max is the definitive choice for serious daily riders who demand zero compromises.

Where Does That Leave You?

Ultimately, every model in Navee’s long-range series offers compelling value, leaving the final choice down to your specific daily commuting needs. Budget-conscious riders seeking core features like turn signals, dual suspension, and Apple Find My will find the G5 Max an unbeatable entry point, while those who want maximum battery capacity in a lightweight 49 lb frame capped at a legal 20 MPH will appreciate the GT3 Max's ultra-smooth glide. If your route demands speeds up to 25 MPH and extra hill-climbing power to tackle rough terrain, the ST3 Pro delivers with its 1,350W peak motor and dual-damping suspension. Finally, for serious commuters who refuse to compromise, the flagship GT5 Max reigns supreme with a massive 1,638W peak output, an unmatched 55.9-mile range, rapid 5-hour charging, and a heavy-duty load capacity.
