New Ribble e-bikes! | Step-through comes to e-gravel
Ribble, known for value winter bikes, introduced two new e-bikes, the hybrid and the CGR. Highly efficient with excellent Build quality, these e-bikes offer both top-notch Ride Quality and appealing Design. Given the transition Ribble made from creating no e-bikes to both these models, the Value is realized in its adaptability of comfort for varying rider demands.

Tenways CGO800S- Richard Peace
The rear rack is nicely integrated into the metal rear mudguard for both a sleek look and to act as a union of the rack with the frame.

Cube Kathmandu Hybrid Exc 625- Richard Peace
“Great value for the money – [an excellent] touring, commuting and leisure bike with a hugely powerful motor. The CUBE Kathmandu Hybrid 625 really is a workhorse of an e-bike and is specced up to the nines.”

Scott e-Silence Evo- Dave Atkinson
This is a solid-feeling bike, with excellent tires and brakes, and as such you always feel in control, even when you’re barrelling its 27 kg mass down a steep hill.

The harder you push, the more power you get. It really is a very sophisticated feeling ride.

Squirt E-Bike Chain Wax- Mike Stead
Squirt E-Bike Chain Wax gives you some of the benefits of chain waxing without much faff. It’s quite messy and expensive, though.

There is a very sturdy looking aluminum 6061 single frame member resulting in a low step over height.

Tern Vektron S10- Richard Peace
The extra power certainly makes sense; with the migration of some design features from the mini-cargo GSD models to the Vektron, the bikes are now so capable of carrying extra loads that the extra motor torque will be more than welcome in a ‘hill and load’ scenario.

Cube Elly Cruise 500- Dave Atkinson
“The Bosch Purion display still isn’t my favorite, and I’d much rather have an Intuvia display and bar remote on a bike like this, but it is not a deal breaker. Overall, the Elly Cruise is great for doing what it’s designed to do: cruise. The ride is comfortable and easy, the motor performance is excellent and the component package is high quality and good for the money. If you’re looking for an easy-to-live-with city bike, you can add this one to your list.”
