Most of the key distinguishing aspects of the Rift come in the bike’s hardware - to start, the bike is supported by 26x4 inch Kenda fat tires and a 120 mm front suspension fork, providing plenty of stability and cushion in off road terrain. The rear rack of the bike features Ride1Up’s Connect+ system, which allows for easy accessory connectivity, such as a passenger package or a cargo basket. Powered by a Shimano 8-speed drivetrain and a 750 W rear hub motor, the Rift ships as a Class 2 e-bike, but can be unlocked to a Class 3 via the display. Last but not least, as far as safety features go, the four-piston hydraulic disc brakes provide for some of the most reliable braking available, and the integrated front and rear lights offer consistent visibility.
