To start a Hiboy S2 electric Scooter, turn on the Scooter by pressing the power button located on the center of the handlebars. Once the Scooter is on, kickstart by pushing off with your foot and then pressing the throttle with your hand. You can adjust the speed using the thumb lever on the handlebars. Always wear appropriate safety gear, such as a helmet, when riding an electric Scooter.
