How does an electric golf cart throttle work?
An Electric Golf Cart throttle works by controlling the speed and acceleration of the vehicle. When the driver presses down on the throttle pedal, it sends a signal to the motor controller, which in turn sends power to the electric motor. As the motor receives more power, it spins faster, increasing the speed of the golf cart. Releasing the throttle pedal reduces the power to the motor, causing the cart to slow down or come to a stop. The throttle on an Electric Golf Cart can be foot-operated or hand-operated, depending on the design of the cart.
