How to open a razor scooter?

To open a Razor Scooter, first, locate the latch on the base of the Scooter where the stem meets the deck. Unlatch the latch and unfold the stem upwards until it clicks into place. Then, use the quick release lever to adjust the height of the handlebars to your desired height. Finally, check that all bolts are tightened and the Scooter is secure before riding.
