What states don't require motorcycle helmets?

A few states in the United States do not require motorcyclists to wear helmets while riding. These states include Iowa, Illinois, and New Hampshire. However, it is important to note that even in states where helmet use is not mandatory, it is highly recommended for the safety of the rider. Wearing a helmet can greatly reduce the risk of head injuries in the event of an accident.
