Which electric moped allow in germany?

In Germany, electric mopeds are allowed as long as they meet certain criteria. To be considered legal, electric mopeds in Germany must have a maximum speed of 45 km/h and a maximum power output of 4 kW. They also need to be equipped with a type approval mark, be registered, and have liability insurance. Additionally, riders must have a valid driver's license for mopeds, wear a helmet while riding, and follow all traffic regulations. It's important to note that the regulations may differ for each state, so it's advisable to check with LOCAL authorities for specific requirements.
