Which states do not require motorcycle helmets?
There are currently three states in the United States that do not require Motorcycle helmets for all riders: Illinois, Iowa, and New Hampshire. However, it is important to note that even in these states, there are specific requirements and exceptions for helmet usage, such as age restrictions or insurance requirements. Additionally, many other states have helmet laws in place that only require specific groups of riders, such as those under a certain age or with certain levels of insurance coverage, to wear helmets. It is always important to familiarize yourself with your state's specific helmet laws before riding a Motorcycle.
