enex was established in 2005 as the UK’s first Centre of Excellence for Low Carbon and Fuel Cell technologies. Today Cenex operates on an independent not-for-profit basis, specialising in the delivery of consultancy, projects, research and events to support innovation and market development for low-carbon vehicles and associated infrastructure.
