Electric Bike Rebates and Tax Credits

The Municipality of Amay in Belgium provides grants for the purchase of an electrically assisted bicycle or an adaptable kit. The grant ranges between €50 to €100 depending on the income of the applicant and cannot exceed 10% of the invoice amount. A maximum of two subsidies can be granted per household, and an applicant cannot submit a new application before three years from the payment of the grant. The grant application must be submitted within three months from the date of invoicing, and it will be paid by the Financial Director on the account number indicated by the applicant.
