Electric Bike Rebates and Tax Credits

The Épinal agglomeration community offers financial assistance for the purchase of electric-assist bikes and electrification kits. The bonus payment will be made after the complete file has been studied by the community commission, and within the limit of the funds reserved for this purpose. The bonus from the Épinal agglomeration is cumulative with the State's assistance, called the "Electric-Assist Bike Bonus". This assistance is capped at €300 or €400 (depending on income) for the purchase of an electric-assist bike, and €2,000 for the purchase of an electric-assist cargo bike.

Residents of the Épinal Agglomeration Community in France can receive financial assistance in the form of a bonus for the purchase of an electrically-assisted bike (EAB) or a non-electrically-assisted bike from November 1st, 2022. The Épinal agglomeration bonus is cumulative with the state aid called "Electrically-Assisted Bike Bonus", capped at €300 or €400 (depending on taxable income) for the purchase of an electrically-assisted bike and €2,000 for the purchase of an electrically-assisted cargo bike. Each tax household can cumulate two bonuses for electrically-assisted bikes and one bonus for a non-electrically-assisted bike. The bonus is granted for the purchase of an electrically-assisted bike, new or reconditioned, sold by a professional, or an electrification kit sold and installed on the bike by a professional, or a non-electrically-assisted bike, new or reconditioned, sold by a professional.
