Residents of municipalities within the Grand Paris Seine Ouest Agglomeration Community are eligible to receive a purchase grant of €200, limited to 25% of the purchase price of an electric bike. The subsidy is limited to the purchase of one e-bike per household, and only new e-bikes are eligible. Legal entities, e-bike electrification kits, and electric scooters are excluded from the subsidy program.
