The Lyon Metropolis provides financial aid for the purchase of a new or used bike, for personal use, and a rebate on the purchase of an electric-assist bike, cargo bike, or reconditioned used bike in exchange for scrapping a Crit'Air 5 or non-classified vehicle. Additionally, municipalities and professionals are also eligible for such aids. However, the 2022 bike purchase aid program has ended and the conditions for the 2023 program will be known in March 2023.
