Residents, businesses, or associations located in the municipal area of Prilly can apply for subsidies for energy efficiency and renewable energies. The subsidies cover areas like efficiency and sobriety, renewable energies, and repair of mobile phones and household appliances. The subsidy for the installation of thermal solar collectors is CHF 4,000 flat rate for installations of up to 3 kWc, and CHF 2,500 plus CHF 500 for installations above 3 kWc. The subsidy for the installation of photovoltaic solar panels is CHF 300/kWc for installations with power up to 30 kWc and a flat rate of CHF 9,000 for installations over 30 kWc.
