How to reduce speed on electric golf cart?

To reduce speed on an Electric Golf Cart, there are a few steps you can follow. First, check if your golf cart has a speed control dial or switch. This can typically be found on the dashboard or near the accelerator pedal. Adjusting this control will limit the maximum speed of the cart.

Another way to reduce speed is by gently releasing pressure from the accelerator pedal. By gradually decreasing the pressure, you can slow down the golf cart without abruptly stopping.

If your golf cart is equipped with regenerative braking, you can engage this feature to slow down the cart. Regenerative braking uses the motor to slow the cart down and recharge the battery at the same time. Consult your golf cart's manual to understand how to activate the regenerative braking feature.

It is important to note that every Electric Golf Cart may have a different set of controls and features. Refer to the manufacturer's manual for specific instructions on how to reduce speed on your particular model.
