How to tighten brakes on rad power bike?
To tighten the brakes on your Rad Power Bike, follow these steps:
1. Locate the brake cable adjustment barrel on the brake caliper. This will be a round barrel-shaped device with threads on the outside.
2. Use a wrench or pliers to turn the adjustment barrel clockwise. This will tighten the brake cable and reduce the amount of travel required to engage the brake.
3. Test the brake lever by squeezing it. If the brake still feels loose, repeat step 2 until you achieve the desired level of tightness.
4. Check that the brake pads are properly aligned on the rim of the wheel. If they are rubbing against the tire, use a screwdriver to adjust the position of the brake pads.
5. Test the brakes again to make sure they are functioning properly. If you are having difficulty tightening the brakes or have any concerns about their performance, consult the manual or a qualified bike mechanic for assistance.
