How to unlock hiboy scooter?

To unlock a Hiboy Scooter, first, make sure the Scooter is turned off. Then, locate the keyhole on the top of the Scooter's stem near the handlebars. Insert the provided key into the keyhole and turn it clockwise until you hear a click. This should unlock the Scooter and allow the stem to be raised up to its maximum position for riding. If you have any trouble unlocking your Hiboy Scooter, refer to the user manual or contact customer support for assistance.
