When I got the KBO Hurricane, I was immediately impressed by how lightweight it actually was. I had no problems picking up the electric bike and moving it around. It’s not only lightweight, it’s also much smaller than the RadRover 5 or KBO Breeze.

The Exway Atlas Carbon gives us a peek into the future of consumer electric skateboards. It’s such a threat to the status quo that even the police couldn’t keep their hands off it.

It’s hard to understate the value of the Bosch drive system and the sheer depth of engineering that’s gone into Tern’s bikes, and the Vektron is an electric folder that’s built to last.

The City Robin 2022 version definitely has some little finishes like these leather grips, very comfortable seat with that suspension post, and also the design is very nice and clean.

Unboxing the bike, I was immediately impressed with the quality of the frame design and build. With a low-swept top bar for mounting and dismounting while wearing bulky hunting clothes and a seamlessly integrated down bar battery compartment—it had the looks of a normal high-quality mountain bike, not a traditional e-bike.

So judging the Himiway Escape on its own, it’s actually a pretty … decent e-bike. The build quality feels just fine, even if it’s not fancy. The power is palpable. The range is decent, though not spectacular.

The CGO800S features torque sensing power delivery and a single gear; this means all there is to do is press the on button, select one of five power levels using the arrow buttons by your left thumb and pedal off. Dead simple.

My experience so far with this Ride1UP model has been great – the bike holds battery charge well, is very responsive, easy to use, lightweight, and a lot of fun to ride.

This is a little thing, but I love how large and easy to use the seat tube clamp is!

For one, I think the exposed cable lines make the V4.0 look a little outdated, as lots of similarly priced bikes use fully enclosed cables or internal cable routing. I also think that the white chain looks a little bit cheap, but I never had any issues with its performance.

The frame's top tube nicely conceals the battery.

Once you’re at that 20 mile cruising speed the bike has little trouble maintaining it, even with very little help from your legs.

For the type of riding it is designed for, the Honbike makes a lot of sense. It has city specs to get you through your commute with ease, plus the zero-maintenance drivetrain. The included fenders, bell, and other commuter niceties also increase the utility for city riders.

I think Euphree did a great job in designing a bike that toes the line between commuter and cruiser. Maybe more importantly — considering this is the 2022 edition of the bike — I think they did a great job of making a number of small changes that add up to a noticeable difference in how the bike rides.

The Core-5 is classified as a Class 3 e-bike. It features a pedal-assist function that assists you up to 28mph, and a throttle function that assists up to 20mph.

The Propella V4.0 seems like the perfect city e-bike for a daily commuter. If you need suspension or mountain bike tires, then this isn’t the e-bike for you. But for anyone that feels comfortable on a hipster bike, the Propella V4.0 will immediately feel at home under you.
